Product Description
Inflatable Rubber Fender is a popular replacement product for ship fender in the world today. It uses compressed air as a buffer medium to
make the ship have a softer collision avoidance effect when it is near. Compared with the general elastomer fender (such as waste tire, solid core
rubber fender, etc.), it has the advantages of large impact energy absorption, low pressure per unit area on the ship, excellent impact fatigue
resistance and easy installation.
It is widely used as fender facilities for large oil tankers, liquefied gas vessels, offshore platforms, large dockyards and submersible docks.
Advantages compared with traditional elastomeric fenders:
1. Large absorption of impact energy, small counter-impact force on the ship.

3. Good elasticity, no deformation under the action of compression.

Pneumatic Fender Structure
① Outer rubber layer
Durable pneumatic fenders are covered by the outer layer made of natural rubber. This rubber compound is strong enough to protect the inner layer and synthetic-cord layer from the damage of external forces and severe weather conditions due to its high elasticity and abrasion resistance.
② Synthetic-tyre-cord layer
The Synthetic-tyre-cord layer is made of synthetic-tire-cord fabrics, compared with synthetic canvas fabric and synthetic belt fabric, this reinforcement layer performs better in fatigue-resistance and pressure-holding.
③ Inner rubber layer
The inner rubber layer is designed to seal the air inside the fender.
